Pictures taken at Ribblehead after the descent of Whernside.
The event was won in convincing style by Robb Jebb with a 5 minute plus lead over his nearest rival, last year’s winner Nick Craig.
Well, here it is! I’ve finally gotten round to extending my web-presence beyond the realms of Flickr and Facebook. This blog will hopefully help you keep track of all my latest photography related exploits.
So, ‘who is this Matt Muir?’ I hear you ask. I’ve been into photography for years now, taking shots with my trust Canon Powershot digital compact camera but have only just this year got myself a D-SLR (an canon eos 400d) and started taking things more seriously. This year I’ve been traveling all over the country with Keith from Phunkt.com and Dave from Trossachs Photography, as part of the media team for the british downhill series and Fort William round of the UCI mountainbike world cup
This blog will link to my latest photosets on my Flickr page where you will find the majority of my work. Although I specialize in cycling photography as you’ll see I’ll take photos of pretty much anything and everything that interests me so hopefully there’ll be something here to interest everybody!
Want a photo? Just drop me a line with the flickr photoset details and the Photo ID of the photo you would like a copy of and I’ll get back to you with info on pricing.
That’s all for now.
